Our customers have the right to cancel or amend their appointment with us. In order to do this, you must notify Everglow Oven Cleaning in writing by email, social media direct message or SMS message. Alternatively, you can call us on 01279 276004 up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date and time. Your cancellation/amendment will be deemed to have been served as soon as Everglow Oven Cleaning have acknowledged receipt of the notification.

If the appointment is cancelled by the customer with less notice than 48 hours, the right to cancel will be lost and as such you will be charged 50% of the agreed price.

In the event the customer of the property is not there to allow us entry or access to the oven at the agreed appointment date and time, this will be deemed a ‘no show’. Everglow Oven Cleaning will issue an invoice where full payment will be invoiced to the customer.
